Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Custom-made or personalized items (including custom-carved pumpkins) are non-returnable, except if they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

Once your return is approved, package the item securely, include proof of purchase, and send it to our provided address.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Shipping
For non-defective items, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
