Returns and refunds
We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of a return.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Ship it Back: We will provide you with our return address. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Tracked to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
Refund: Once we receive the item and check it is in its original condition, we will refund the original payment method within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
We cannot accept returns on custom-made/personalized items or earrings (for hygiene reasons) unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will sort this out for you and cover the cost of the return postage.
Pre-Order Returns
The 14-day return window for pre-order items starts from the day the item is delivered to your door, not the day you placed the order.
