2. Our Products
A. Nemesis Now & Standard Jewellery
We stock a range of Nemesis Now ornaments and jewellery. All images and descriptions are provided to give an accurate representation of the product. However, please be aware that minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
B. Personalised Carvings (Handmade Disclaimer)
Please note that our personalised items are hand-carved from high-quality foam.
Handmade Finish: Because these items are carved and finished by hand, no two pieces are exactly identical. Small variations in texture or paint finish are a normal part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
Material Care: Please handle your foam carving with care to avoid dents or scratches.
3. Personalisation Accuracy
For personalised carvings, it is your responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, and punctuation are correct at the time of ordering.
We carve exactly what you type.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if you have made a spelling error or provided incorrect details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Carrier: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.
Timelines:
In-Stock Items: Typically dispatched within 3–4 days.
Pre-Orders & Personalised Items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch.
Delays: While we make every effort to meet these timescales, we are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather).
5. Returns & Cancellations
A. Standard Items (Nemesis Now, Jewellery, Non-Custom)
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order if you change your mind.
You must notify us via email at [email protected] within this 14-day window.
Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition with all packaging intact.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
